The TruRating questions have been carefully selected to ensure that any information captured is always that most relevant to your business sector.  The 5 core metrics are Service, Product, Atmosphere, Value & Recommendability.  The questions types asked are fixed by sector, which allows for performance benchmarking against other similar businesses (in an anonymous pool to protect confidentiality). 

TruRating Pro customers can also run two custom questions in each outlet that you operate your TruRating service. That enables you to really dig into and investigate issues that are specific to your business or management team.
