On the Average Transaction Value by TruSegment chart can show you that happy customers often spend more with your business.

The TruSegment is calculated by looking at your rating values and placing a name against them,so;

0 - 5 = Disappointed

6 - 7 = Indifferent

8-9  = Fans


Choose from the blue Metric pick-list as to which metric you would like to look at e.g. service ratings or value ratings or you could choose TruRating to see an average of all of your ratings from your 5 core questions.

You will then be able to see the average transaction value spent by the different rating values that you have been given in those areas.

Don't forget that you can change the time period covered at the top of the screen if you want to look at a wider date selection or compare different time periods.
