The Day & Time Heatmap provides a visual representation of how your customers' experience changes throughout the day and over the week.  

You can start to see how your performance varies at different times of the day or the week and begin to look at reasons why.  

In the example below, we have chosen to focus on value scores across the week.  We can see that ratings in the weekend mornings are a lot lower than later in that day so we could look at the differences in staff, processes or other factors at those times.
